Applications are invited for the following temporary post of Web Developer in the office of Global
Engagement, IIT Madras.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computing / Computer
Science with at least 4 years of experience.
Rs. 30,000/- pm to Rs. 70,000/- pm
Qualifications and requirements
1. Prior Knowledge of coding in a platform such as Hugo, Jekyll, and CMS(content
management systems) like WordPress, Drupal.
2. Experience setting up servers on AWS.
3. Experience with server-side frameworks such as python, ruby, PHP, Java,
ASP, ASP.NET
4. Prior experience designing and implementing a database in MS Access, Oracle
would be an added advantage
5. Skillset good to have: Excel Macros
