Job Description
- We are planning to select 8 fresher from college campus who will be hired for Web development (Node JS & angular JS) + QA
- There will be a 2 months training for all of them and by the end of this phase, they have to complete a certification. We will pay for it. As a stipend candidate will also get 4000 p/m.
- After certification, they will be enrolled at the junior developer with our company and will get 8000 p/m for the next 10 months.
- As a first appraisal, their salary will be 16000 p/m and promoted to developer .
