Roles and Responsibilities :

Use and customize leading social collaboration tools in the market like Lithium, Jive, WordPress, etc.
Have strong programming and web development skills.
Plan, execute and implement high-quality software projects.
Manage client relationships, project co-ordination, and delivery management in an onsite-offshore model.
Exhibit good communication skills and time management.
Understand how to think around obstacles and execute deliverables on time.
Desire to change existing paradigms, think out-of-the-box and have a sharp analytical mind.
Analyze and define social collaboration requirements.
Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
Improve operations by conducting system analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures. Obtain required information from vendors, recommending purchases, testing and approving products.
Research more on state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment.
Participate in educational opportunities, read professional publications and maintain personal networks.
Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
Accomplish engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Develop software solutions by studying information needs and confer with users.
Study systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
Investigate problem areas and follow the software development lifecycle.
