- Troubleshooting of issues faced by clients and resolving them.
- Carry out analysis necessary for development, maintenance and support tasks on new and existing systems as requested, resulting in the production of documentation detailing technical work required for requested development, maintenance and support tasks to company standards
- Undertake both unit and stress tests to ensure the quality of any development
- Produce and maintain documentation describing the system such that the documentation reflects functionality within the system.
- To adhere to company designated standards and best practice.
- To communicate clearly and effectively with management and other departments within the organization as directed to enable visibility and understanding of the development and support work being carried out.
- Any knowledge of digital advertising/online marketing would be considered a plus point
- Any knowledge of Mobile app development would be considered a plus point.
- Knowledge, Skill and Experience
- Graduate in IT or computing related degree.
- Minimum 2.5 years of CMS web application development / support in PHP
- Drupal 7 Theme Creation from the given PSD
- Drupal 7 Custom Module Development
- 1+ years experience in PHP
- Experience in developing & supporting custom modules & plugins in CMS web applications like Drupal 7, WordPress, and Joomla etc.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap
- Experience in developing custom theme for the CMS
- Responsive web design
- Subversion (source code control)
- Eclipse (IDE)
- Apache / nginx
- Experience in integration with CRM/ERP systems.
