We will take 3 rounds of an interview.
HR Round and simple logic checking round.
Technical round by Senior Developer.
Practical round on Desktop Machine.
In this round we will give one task to the candidate to perform which he needs to do in a given time.
Or else we can send an Email to that candidate regarding task details and time deadline if he clears first 2 rounds, then that candidate will need to reply via Email with his/her completed task.

Web Development (PHP/Web Services)

0 to 3 Yr 20000 to 30000 K -PHP, Codeigniter, CakeCakephp, OOPS, MVC, Zend, Wordpress Excellent in Core PHP.Knowledge in MySQL Database.
Analyze, Create and Normalize database independently.
Experience in any of the MVC Frameworks, like Laravel, CakePHP, Codeigniter, etc.
Knowledge on any Content Management System like WordPress, Drupal, Magento, etc.
Strong in OOPs,JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, etc.
Knowledge of Apache Server on Windows & Linux.
Knowledge of XML, HTML, HTML5, XHTML, CSS.
Can be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Optimization and performance of website for Code/ DB/ caching, etc.
Good Communication & Team Management Skills.
