1. Hands-on experience on open source projects for PHP frameworks like Laravel and CodeIgnitor
2. Commercial experience in web application development and/or software development
3. Experience in object-oriented programming/modular programming
4. Experience of the full software development life cycle: from requirements gathering and functional specification to SRS
5. Must have experience in debugging code
