Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Evaluating business processes, predicting requirements, designing and implementing solutions
2. Staying updated on the latest changes in the system to automate processes and improve efficiency
3. Analyzing business processes and communicating feedback to other team members and management
4. Budgeting and forecasting for the business goals and targets to achieve smoothly
5. Planning and monitoring business growth with a regular check on systems
6. Staying responsible for smooth flow of the operations/business/marketing/agent calling systems
7. Conducting detailed market research and competitive analysis with the outside competitors
8. Regularly reporting and handling the analysis along with T-SQL queries, Power BI dashboards/reports
9. Managing competing resources and priorities with a regular check on deliverables
10. Working on end to end product/process management regular reviews, reporting issues/problems
11. Providing temporary solutions to the floor/calling team, to make them move ahead without any bottle-necks
12. Providing permanent solutions to the product/business team, to make sure there are no such recurring issues/problems

Other requirements
1. T-SQL proficiency in DML statements in MS SQL
2. MS Excel Pivot/charts/diagrams/reports proficiency
3. REST/HTTP API knowledge and usages with Postman
4. Software systems understanding and strong usage skills
5. Knowledge of Power BI dashboards/reports
6. Knowledge of any other third-party reporting tools
7. Knowledge of MS SSIS/SSAS/SSRS basics
