Job Description
- We are hiring for Web Response Officers at Pune who would be responsible for billing related queries for US clients.
- The Role would involve supporting US customers on Chat for their billing Queries on Internet, Mobile and other services that they may have acquired.
- The role would involve working in 24X7 shifts, with 2 weekly offs, Pick up and Drop service would be provided (Chargeable Basis).
- There would be Free Breakfast and Fruits provided to the employees.
- Salary would be in the range of 18k to 24K per month.
