Job Description

Website Manager

Conception and Design

Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the organization's website running on WordPress

Understand the health vision and science of Amura

Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements and features

Identify areas for growth and create strategic roadmaps to help drive adoption of the website and differentiating features

Decide the content, flow

Work with developers and editors to create the webpage and make sure it meets the company policy

Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards

Ensure that the website is protected by implementing and enabling the appropriate security measures.

Implement

Manage the product development process

Work with Leadership team, Marketing (Digital, SEO) UX, Content, Design, Developers to ensure that the website is in-line with company goals on acquisition and retention

Create target and deadlines for the production and content team

Evaluate and edit the end web copy, including video and images

Continuous Management

Manage all lifecycle stages for various sections of the website, from ideation through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time

Understand the user interaction with the products and optimize

Implement periodic changes and manage the same.

Improve the User Experience of the website regularly.

Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.

Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations at all times

Keep up-to-date with industry best practice and monitor competitor websites.

Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.

Update HTML, CSS and JavaScript regularly.

Identify and respond to all website security breaches.

Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.

Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
