About This Role:

• Wedding Planner is the best friend, agony aunt, the blame guy, one person army who works with clients to make their wedding a “Once in a Lifetime” memorable experience.
• As part of Wedding Planning team, Wedding Planner would primarily be responsible for client relationship management, develop & maintain vendor relationship, manage day to day operations related to wedding event.

•  The successful candidate would be the one whom bride/groom would trust even more than their relatives. 
• Candidate needs strong understanding of vendor management, pricing, sourcing, time management & “go get it” attitude.
  

Job Description:

• Wedding Planner would be involved right from the time a wedding enquiry comes to actual execution of wedding event
• Involve presenting our firm to client, working with central team to develop a customized pitch to client, working with leadership team to develop pricing for our proposal, signing contract with client for wedding event
• Involve identifying services that are required for Wedding event, identify partners/vendors for wedding services we don’t have in-house, in consultant with central team tie-up rate/commission sharing structure with different vendors
• As part of role, wedding planner would have to travel both with Bengaluru & neighboring areas to identify wedding venues, inspect them & classify venues
• Role would involve end to end execution of Wedding right from working on concept with client, selecting venue & vendors, ensure all things fall in place during wedding
• Embrace social tools and work with central team to build a market brand via social media

Job Requirements:

• Experience level between 0-2 years in areas of Event Management, Marketing, Sales, Vendor Management
• Open to Freshers with go getting attitude
• Good academic background with minimum graduation in any subject; BBA or MBA would be preferred.
• At least 3 event management experience with minimum 100 people
• Good listening, critical thinking, and writing skills, as well as nice presentation skills
• Well versed in Microsoft Office Products
• Prefer individuals with own transportation like two wheelers
• The ability to travel 10% outside Bengaluru in a month

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting salary of Rs.10,000 per month which would be revised after 6 months
  
• Medical expenses up to Rs.1,250/month will be reimbursable with bills
  
• Transportation allowance of Rs.500/month (no supporting bills required)
  
• Life Insurance coverage up to Rs.5,00,000 for employee
  
• Work related travel would be reimbursed on actuals
