Welder Job in For a Client of TeamLease Digital at Chennai, Coimbatore, Cuddalore

Associate – Welder.

1. Should have hands on Experience on TIG /ARC welding process.

2. Should have hands experience on the 1G / 2G / 5G / 6G Position welding

3. Should have hands experience of the Butt weld / Socket weld Joints.

4. Exposure the welding procedure (WPS/WPQR)

5. Exposure the IBR / PED / ASME-IX welding standard.

6. Should be able to read and understand GAD & P&ID Drawings, Work instructions.

7. Should have basic knowledge on various welding process and selection of process for alloy and non-Alloy materials.

8. Should have basic knowledge NDT inspection method (Radiographed, test Etc.)

9. Should have knowledge on fabrication fit up & measurement method.

10. Should be able to operate and set assembly and testing machines.

11. Should be flexible to work in shifts.

12. Should have basic knowledge on Quality management systems pertaining to Production department.

13. Should have knowledge on 5S and Safety.

14. Must be able to read and write Tamil and English.

15. Willing to Work in Shift.

Qualification:

ITI/ Diploma 

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Preferred Industry: Pressure Vessel Manufacturing / Boiler Sheel Manufacturing.
