Project : ‘Tiger Recovery Strategy and Long-term Monitoring in Sahyadri Tiger Reserve, Maharashtra’

Project Fellow (One Year) 

No. of Posts : 03 

Fellowship : Rs. 25,000 + HRA/Month

Project Assistant (Office)

No. of Post : 01

Fellowship : Rs. 15,000/Month

Project Interns 

No. of Posts : 02

Fellowship : Rs. 8,000/Month

Qualification : Masters’ Degree in Wildlife Science/ Botany/ Zoology/ Forestry/Life Science/ Agriculture/ Environmental Sciences/ Biological Sciences/ Veterinary Science/ Geography/ Geo-informatics/ Social Sciences, Statistics, Commerce and Arts from a recognized university.

Desirable : Experience/interest in (a) Occupancy sampling, (b) Camera trapping, (c) Spatial analysis using Remote Sensing and GIS tools; (d) Vegetation quantification and nutrient analyses; (e) Radio-telemetry; (f) Socioeconomic survey for participatory management and ecosystem services; (g) Data management and statistical analyses; (f) Biotechnology and endocrinology.
