Workshop Instructor/ Faculty (Nautical Science)/Computer Lab Assistant job recruitment in Indian Maritime University- Kochi Campus (on contract basis)
Workshop Instructor
No. of Post : 02
Qualification : Essential: 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering or 2-year ITI in Mechanical / Turner from an institute approved by the All Indian Council of Technical Education / National Council on Vocational Training (NCVT) (or) Petty Officer of Mechanical Engineering branch (POME) from Indian Navy or Coast Guard. Experience: Relevant work experience for a period of 3 years for Diploma holders and 5 years for ITI holders having worked In Industry or Educational Institutes.
Mode of Interview : Skill test / Interview
Remuneration : Will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Age : Not exceeding 35 years.
Faculty (Nautical Science)
No. of Vacancies : 01
Educational and other qualifications : Essential: Master (Foreign Going) Certificate of Competency. Experience: Sailing experience for a minimum period of six months at Management level within the meaning of STCW Convention in force.
Age : Not exceeding 65 years.
Remuneration : Will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Computer Lab Assistant

Educational and other qualifications : Essential: BE/B. Tech. in Computer Science/B. Sc. In Computer Science or 3 years Diploma in Computer Applications. Experience: 3 years experience as Computer Lab Assistant / equivalent in a College/University
Mode of selection : Skill test / Interview
Age : Not exceeding 35 years.
Remuneration : Will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
