ICAR Research Complex for North Eastern Hill Region invites application for the position Young Professional I
Nature of Duties:
i. Assisting in conducting field experiments and data recording
ii. Using different statistical & physical models for crop yield and hydrological data analysis and water resource appraisal
iii. Any other duties related to the project as directed by the competent authority.
Essential qualification: Graduates in relevant subjects or Diploma holders in Agricultural / Environmental Engineering/ Plasticulture Engineering/Water Resources Engineering
Desirable qualification: Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Plasticulture Engineering
Emolument payable is consolidated Rs. 25,000/- per month for Young Professional (YP-l) and 35,000/ per month for Young Professional-ll (YP-II). No House Rent Allowance will be paid to the YPs. The emolument may be revised as per the provision the project ICAR/ funding agency.
Age Limit: Should be between 21-45 years as on publication of advertisement, with relaxation by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates
