About Intellify
Intellify is a youth-led initiative started by the students and alumni of IIT Delhi working towards the mission of bringing a change in the current education system with an emphasis on rethinking and innovating learning. We are presently a pan India organization with a reach of around 15,000+ students and 500+ teachers across 250+ schools in India. We have previously worked with Delhi government, MHRD, TFI, CLI IIT Gandhinagar, and DIC IIT Delhi.
About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing daily operations of the entire project
2. Devising action-plans for our YouTube content series to ensure the maximum growth of our YouTube channel within a limited time period
3. Strategizing the type of content according to the YouTube trends, and ensuring proper implementation of the same
4. Handling and managing a team of interns/volunteers and allocating work to them on a daily basis
5. Driving the team to achieve targets and taking updates from them on a daily basis
6. Staying in touch with the management and informing them about the progress made
7. Resolving roadblocks and communicating concerns both upwards and downwards
