- Job Title:ASSISTANT AREA MANAGER/ AREA MANAGER_INSURANCE SALES (AGENCY/TIDE)
- Responsibility is to enhance business in Agency/Tide channel through efficient handling of Multiple Branches, Sales team /BAs and ensure accurate functioning of Operations & Branch activities.
- Handling the Branches and Sales team of BM &FLS (Front Line Sales)
- To develop the agency channel in the State
- Skills to identify potential customers
- Driving business of LI,GI,MF & FD
- Responsible for recruitment & training of BM &FLS
- Ensuring compliance on all branch activities
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Good Communication and Business Promotion skills
- Good in Networking & Relationship building
- Candidate Should be local and having experience of LI agency
- Team Handling experience is must
- Minimum experience in Life Agency is approx 8-10 years
- Preferred candidate with good stability
- Education:Any Graduate – Any specialization
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: ₹ 6, 00,000.00 to ₹ 7, 00,000.00 /year + Incentives
