Engg Head, Bangalore (8 -12 Yrs exp)

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ MCA / M.Tech with hands on experience in building & managing high traffic consumer websites.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of a wide variety of modern technologies for building web/cloud applications.
  • Track record of successfully building and deploying high traffic web applications.
  • Superior coding skills in one or more modern platforms and environments.
  • Intimate familiarity with software development methodologies such as agile and prototyping.
  • Great communication and team management skills.
  • In depth knowledge in LAMP, Amazon cloud, MYSQL & open source technologies are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Provide strategy & roadmap for the identification, implementation, operation and maintenance of technologies used
        in the Company's website operations.
  • Set up processes for successful delivery of the projects.
  • Define technology policies like the development of standards, procedures and protocols for architecture, networking,
        programming, testing, change management, documentation and security for all operating technologies, Ensuring that the
        standards, procedures and protocols are adhered to
  • Technology roll outs.



Head of Corp Sales- North, Delhi/NCR (6 -9 Yrs exp)

Qualification: Any Graduates/ MBA preferred

Key Skills:

  • Extensive Corporate sales experience in HR & Recruitment Industry.
  • Must have displayed ability to meet aggressive sales targets
  • Business Plan Execution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentable with loads of confidence and energy




Corp Sales Executive - West, Pune (1 -3 Yrs exp)

Qualification: Any Graduates/ MBA preferred

Key Skills:

  • Reaching out to clients via telephone, emails and face to face meetings
  • Being a single point contact to the clients of Freshersworld.com
  • Coordinate and manage activities including job posting, response generation and data short listing
  • Retention of clients by delivering quality service in minimal turnaround time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentable with loads of confidence and energy



Operations Manager, Bangalore (0 - 4 Yrs exp)

Qualification: Any Graduates/ MBA preferred

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Should be good and experienced in business strategy and planning
