A human resources manager is a person who is responsible for managing the human resources of a company or organization. They often assist employees in finding jobs and keeping up to date on workplace laws. They also handle issues such as employee benefits, training, and job placement.

Qualifications required to become a HR Manager

A pre-requisite of HR Manager is an Honours degree in any discipline. A master degree in HR management is required from a reputed B-School.
