Job Designation: Customer Support Associates

Aegis Bangalore is hiring Customer Support Associates for India’s Leading Digital Company. A great Opportunity for Freshers and Under-Graduates.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing Customer queries regarding Calls and Data, Balance check, Network issues, Bill related issues
  • Rotational shift
  • Should be fine for 6 days working
  • Transport will be provided for night shift [within 20 KM range]
  • Good Typing Skills
  • Good with Computer and Internet
  • IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED

Should be proficient in any of the following language combination :

    1. English ,Kannnada & Hindi ( Candidates should know to speak all 3 languages)
    2. English & Hindi ( Candidates should speak both the languages)
    3. English and Malyalam ( Candidates should speak both the languages)
        • One day Interview process, Please bring your documents for Offer Letter processing.
        • Salary :17500 to 19500 + Quarterly bonus of approx Rs 3405 and Performance incentive average of Rs 1000
