Job Description:
- Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
- Understanding the dynamic backend platform, of user base.
- Handling Critical payment gateways
- Addressing user grievance mails
- Addressing user queries with patience.
- Addressing chat queries
- Making regular reports and MIS.
- Extensive training will be provided to understand the technical aspects of the running of the platform.
- Soft skill training will also be provided.
- No field work, No sales work involved.
- 6 days working, Sunday Holiday
- Get the best experience , early in your career.
Compensation: Salary no bar for deserving candidates

Job timings: 9.30 am - 6.30 pm
