Job Description:
- Prospecting, identifying & closing new business
- Attain established sales / revenue goals
- Coordinate sales efforts with our marketing and sales support organizations.
- Build a well-balanced pipeline of opportunities.
- Close opportunities in region generated by Marketing , Partner Relations, and Direct Sales.
- Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our CRM and internal communication systems.
- Manage Sales Channels and reps required.
REQUIRED SKILLS (TECHNICAL):
- Must have IT Service Selling experience in a sales capacity with a demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition and account must possess decision maker/ influencer contacts
- Prior experience in selling IT Services in software area is a big plus.
- Possess superior client facing skills; strong ability to understand customer problem and needs and relate the same with solutions
- Prior experience in business evaluations, as well as gathering/ analyzing corporate and market information
- Strong closing skills coupled with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client business terms.
- Good understanding of the Onsite/ Offshore delivery model and the associated pricing structures prevalent in the industry
- Ability to work independently.
