Polaris hiring Graduates as Tech Support Engineer from 2014-15 batches for Chennai Location
Job Description
Eligibility:
- Candidates from BSc (CS/IT) BCom and BCA from 2014-2015 batches with 60% marks throughout.
- Only Male candidates are preferred
- Communication should be good (prefer Matric Background
Candidate should agree 3 years bond.
- Post development process, where associate should interact with customer related to their technical/System queries and able to resolve the problem in the stipulated time period.
- Troubleshooting the problem, 24*7 support.
- To raise, track and close tickets. Should generate pending tickets list. Should prepare MIS of tickets
- After 18 months of their performance (candidates are eligible to move into development side which is L3 support)
Salary : CTC: 1.6 LPA (10k Take home, additionally canddiates will be eligible to get shift allowances)
