Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and eager Civil Engineers to join our team.
As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Real
Estate industry, while working alongside experienced professionals. This apprenticeship will
provide you with valuable skills and knowledge that will help advance your career.
Key Responsibilities:
âÃÂàAssist with monitoring construction activities as instructed by Package Manager -
including progress and quality, work flow sequence, coordinating contractor
payments, safety and quality compliance
âÃÂàLearn new softwareâÃÂÃÂs /skills every year to enhance knowledge, suggest new ways
/improvement areas in current working/system
âÃÂàParticipate in training sessions and workshops to develop your skills.
âÃÂàSupport the team to get fortnightly and monthly plan from manager, understand the
same and prepare planning for resources
âÃÂàKeep weekly record for productivity and wastage, if any
âÃÂàSupervise quality workmanship and avoid rework
Requirements:
âÃÂàB.E / B.Tech- Civil (2024/2023 year pass-outs)
âÃÂàStrong interest in Civil Engineering/ Real Estate /Construction Industry
âÃÂàExcellent communication and organizational skills.
âÃÂàAbility to work independently as well as part of a team.
