Job Description
Monitor battery charging and swapping operations at the charging/swapping station.
Safely remove and replace EV batteries following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Check battery health, charge status, and cleanliness before replacement.
Maintain proper records of battery stock, replacement logs, and charging cycles.
Coordinate with field teams or delivery riders to ensure timely battery swaps.
Perform basic troubleshooting or escalate technical issues to the maintenance team.
Ensure safety standards are followed during battery handling and charging.
Report daily activity to the site manager or supervisor.
