In order to qualify this role, you must display the following:
Technical skills :
Understanding of computer hardware technologies, to support or troubleshoot various technologies
Knowledge of memory, storage , motherboard etc.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Knowledge in one or more of computer hardware technologies
Key skills required :
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Good decision-making skills & attention to detail
Customer oriented approach with good knowledge of internet technology
Eligibility :
Candidates with good Computer Knowledge (Memory, Storage, RAM and ROM etc) for Technical support International voice process are only eligible to apply with good communication skills are eligible to apply.
Required Skills:
Must be able to communicate fluently in English .
Looking for both UG/PG(in any discipline).
Candidates with experience in Customer support / Technical Support can apply.
Benefits:
Cab facilities(both way, provided to all shifts)
rotational shift and rotational week off.
Looking for candidates who are flexible to work in any shift timings(24/7 work window)
