Job Title: 2D and 3D Architect

Location: Uttam Nagar, Delhi

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 2D and 3D Architect to design, develop, and visualize architectural concepts and construction documents. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both 2D drafting and 3D modeling software, with a strong eye for detail and creativity to bring architectural visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and produce detailed 2D architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD or similar software.
Create high-quality 3D models and architectural visualizations using tools such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Rhino, or Blender.
Work closely with design teams, engineers, and clients to interpret requirements and translate concepts into architectural plans.
Prepare presentation materials including renderings, walkthroughs, and fly-through animations.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
Revise and update architectural plans based on feedback and technical constraints.
Collaborate with contractors and construction teams during project implementation when required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Proficiency in 2D and 3D architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing both 2D technical drawings and 3D visualizations.
Knowledge of architectural detailing, construction materials, and methods.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling).
Knowledge of sustainable/green building practices.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
