Job Description

Founded by ex-leaders of Byjus and alumni of ISB, IIM and University of Michigan amongst others, CareerLabs() is on a mission to create a larger impact in the college space.
We are Hiring!!!!
Urgently looking for 2D Animators with great aesthetic sense and hands on experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere pro.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND PARAMETERS

● A Degree/Diploma in Animation from a recognized animation institute, with minimum 1 yearexperience of working in Studios as a 2D Animator. Freshers with a zeal and confidence to face our preliminary evaluation test are also welcome.

● Specialization or expertise in classical animation, character animation, motion graphics, dynamic typography and others.

● A strong grasp of principles of design, layout, frame, composition and impeccable understanding of the Animation principles like Staging, Exaggeration, Solid Drawing & Appeal, Shape & Form, Line of Action and Silhouette, Action & Reaction, Tension, Beat & Rhythm, Straights & Curves, Volume &Perspective etc.

● Paying close attention to character personalities and appropriate acting choices. Strong sense of timing with effective time management skills.

● Good understanding of Motion, weight, emotion and Acting with an emphasis on clear storytelling. Also, good understanding of human, animal, creature anatomy as per perspectives to deal with dynamic camera angles, foreshortening etc.

● Excellent Proficiency in Adobe Animate/Flash along with good knowledge of Adobe After Effects & Adobe Premiere Pro. Knowledge of Toon Boom Harmony will be an added advantage.

● Must be able to explain and communicate in English.

● Candidates having traditional animation experience and strong drawing skills will be preferred for this role.
