Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Design Drafting & Layout Preparation

Create detailed 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections for interior design projects.

Convert conceptual sketches and design briefs into accurate CAD drawings.

Ensure layouts are practical, functional, and aesthetically aligned with client needs.

Client Interaction & Requirement Analysis

Understand client requirements and project objectives.
-
Modify drawings and layouts based on client feedback.
-
Provide visual presentations to help clients better understand design proposals.

Coordination with Architects & Interior Designers
-
Collaborate with architects, senior interior designers, and project managers.
-
Ensure technical accuracy of drawings before execution.
-
Prepare working drawings for contractors and vendors to follow.

Material & Furniture Planning
-
Indicate furniture placement, finishes, and material specifications on 2D layouts.
-
Assist in space utilization and optimization through design planning.
-
Ensure compliance with ergonomics and design standards.
-

Site Support & Execution Assistance
-
Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to ensure the drawings are executed properly.
-
Update and revise drawings based on site conditions and changes.
-
Provide technical clarifications to contractors during project execution.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain a systematic database of all design drawings and revisions.
-
Prepare design presentations and drawing sets for client approval.
-
Document changes, approvals, and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
