Job Description
Job Summary:
The 3D and 2D Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs for digital, print, and physical media using both 2D and 3D tools. This role involves developing creative concepts, translating briefs into engaging visuals, and ensuring high design standards for various projects, including branding, advertisements, product packaging, interiors, exhibition setups, animations, and more.
This position requires a blend of artistic talent, technical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of design software. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both 2D graphic design (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D modeling/rendering (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Maya).
Key Responsibilities:
1. 2D Design Responsibilities

Create graphics, layouts, and illustrations for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and advertisements.

Develop visual concepts, mood boards, and wireframes for branding and UI/UX projects.

Design logos, icons, and brand identity elements in line with the brand’s visual language.

Prepare artwork for print and digital use, ensuring correct resolution, color modes, and formatting.

Collaborate with marketing teams to design social media creatives, email templates, and infographics.

Ensure consistency of visual elements across all platforms and media formats.
2. 3D Design Responsibilities

Design and model 3D assets, environments, or products using appropriate software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Maya, Cinema 4D).

Create realistic renderings for architectural visualizations, product demos, packaging mockups, exhibition stands, or animations.

Apply textures, materials, and lighting to 3D scenes for photorealistic outcomes.

Animate 3D models for video content, explainer videos, or motion graphics (if required).

Collaborate with engineers, architects, or product teams to convert 2D concepts into detailed 3D models.
3. Concept Development

Interpret client briefs and translate them into engaging visual solutions.

Develop initial concepts, rough sketches, and storyboard layouts for project proposals.

Present design ideas and get approval before final execution.

Stay aligned with brand guidelines, design trends, and project goals.
4. Project Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with creative, marketing, technical, and production teams.

Communicate design ideas clearly and incorporate feedback effectively.

Coordinate with printers, developers, and other vendors for production-ready files.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring new ideas and innovation to projects.
5. File Management and Documentation

Organize design files, version control, and backups systematically.

Maintain a library of design assets, references, templates, and textures.

Prepare documentation, render previews, and final outputs as per client or internal requirements.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Software Proficiency (2D): Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma (for UI/UX).

Software Proficiency (3D): Blender, Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or similar.

Rendering Engines: V-Ray, Arnold, Lumion, KeyShot, or Eevee (Blender).

Animation Tools (Optional): Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or 3D animation modules.

Artistic Skills: Strong sense of color theory, typography, composition, and spatial understanding.

Technical Knowledge: UV mapping, texturing, lighting, rigging (for animation), and basic rendering principles.

Attention to Detail: High accuracy in design execution and final output preparation.

Educational Qualifications:
