Key Responsibilities:
1. 3D Modeling:

Create accurate 3D models from architectural drawings, sketches, and design concepts using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or Rhino.

Develop detailed models including interior and exterior elements such as buildings, landscaping, furniture, lighting fixtures, and textures.

Maintain correct scale, proportion, and materiality to reflect real-world accuracy in the visual representation.
2. Rendering:
-
Produce photorealistic renderings using V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, or Enscape based on project requirements.

Experiment with lighting, materials, and camera angles to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the visuals.

Adjust rendering settings to balance visual quality and rendering time, ensuring timely delivery.
3. Post-Production:
-
Enhance raw render outputs using software like Adobe Photoshop or After Effects for final delivery.

Add backgrounds, human figures, environment effects, and post-production touches to create compelling and atmospheric visuals.
-
Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across different visual materials.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
-
Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other team members to understand the project scope and visual requirements.

Participate in design discussions and provide visual input that can support the conceptual development of projects.

Accept feedback constructively and make revisions based on team or client comments.
5. Animation and Walkthroughs (if applicable):
-
Create fly-through or walk-through animations to showcase interior or exterior environments.

Animate cameras, lights, and scene elements to produce engaging video presentations.

Edit and compile animations with sound and effects using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
6. File Management and Documentation:

Organize project files, assets, and version control efficiently.

Maintain a library of 3D models, textures, lighting presets, and other assets for reuse.

Prepare visuals and presentation packages for clients and stakeholders.
