Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Architectural 3D Designer / Visualizer who can produce high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, and visual presentations for residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong technical skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and 3ds Max, along with a good understanding of architectural drawings, materials, lighting, and realistic visualization.

Develop accurate 3D models based on architectural drawings, floor plans, and elevations.

Create photorealistic exterior and interior renders using Lumion, V-Ray, and/or 3ds Max.

Convert AutoCAD drawings into clean, well-organized 3D models.

Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and environment settings.

Produce day and night views, walkthroughs, and flythroughs when required.

Ensure visual outputs align with design intent, client briefs, and brand standards.

Revise models and renders based on internal feedback or client comments within deadlines.

Maintain proper file structure and naming conventions for projects.

Coordinate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure accuracy and consistency
Preferred Qualifications-
Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Visualization, or a related field.

1–3+ years of experience in architectural visualization (flexible for strong portfolios).

Experience working on residential, villa, townhouse, or commercial projects.

Knowledge of Photoshop or similar tools for post-production is a plus.
