- We're looking for a proficient 3D Artist, who can work in a variety of areas such as 3D modeling, texturing, animation, rendering environments and lightning to create 3D.
- The candidate will create 3D content such as photorealistic renderings for print and web, product teasers for new Mechanical objects/ products devices etc.
- Maintain consistently high standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and productivity
- Continuously improve workflows and processes by sharing best practices, identify process improvement and drive the reduction of operational waste
- Assist in hiring and mentoring junior modelers within the 3D space.
- Strong portfolio (preferably online) showcasing all your work
- 1-5 years of professional experience working in a fast-paced 3D production environment
- Must demonstrate an understanding of technical art production and end-to-end modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, rendering workflows using Octane
- Fast turnaround on both hard-surface and organic modeling is a must
- Must be thorough with 3DS Max, Substance Painter, V-Ray, Photoshop, and other relevant plugins
- Highly proficient in rendering and retouching 3D renders to accentuate photo-realism
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience rendering in V-Ray
- Experience with product photography and lighting
- Have experience with tile-able material and texture creation
- Be able comfortable with visual pattern matching, troubleshooting, optimization and contributing in a very meaningful way with highly visible deliverables that can ship with daily builds
- Be able to excel in a fast-paced collaborative production environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Innovative and self-directed
- Ability to showcase artistic work in a portfolio
