A.C Technician Jobs Opening in MFAR Developers Private Limited at Hebbal, Bangalore

·    To perform maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment in the chiller plant including, but not limited to, pumps, chillers, air compressors, exhaust fans, and cooling towers.

. Carry out daily inspections of chiller plant, Cassette/ Split units / AHU and CSU systems and effectively document running logs every hour of the day of all chillers that are operating that are operating and record discrepancies

· Follow the 52 week PPM schedule and ensure all AHUs, CSUs, Exhaust systems are cleaned and maintained. 

Update the records on completion of the maintenance.
