About Company
Aavantika Gas Limited (AGL) is a Joint Venture company of GAIL (India) Limited and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), for implementation of City Gas Distribution (CGD) Projects to supply Piped Natural Gas (PNG) to consumers in domestic, industrial and commercial sectors and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) & Auto LPG to automobile sector in Indore, Ujjain and Gwalior cities of Madhya Pradesh. AGL was incorporated on 7th June 2006 and it's registered office is located in Indore. Initial subscription to the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association is made by GAIL, HPCL, IL&FS, IDFC, IDFCPE and ICICI Ventures. State Govt. of Madhya Pradesh has been offered 5% equity in the share capital of the Company.
