Job Overview

We are looking for an AC IDU and ODU Assembly Technician to handle the assembly, wiring, and testing of Indoor Units (IDU) and Outdoor Units (ODU) in air conditioner manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HVAC assembly, electrical connections, and gas charging to ensure the production of high-quality AC units.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assembly of Indoor & Outdoor Units

Assemble indoor unit (IDU) evaporators, fan blowers, and control panels.
Install outdoor unit (ODU) compressors, condensers, and piping.
Ensure correct alignment and fitting of all components.

2. Electrical & Refrigerant Piping Connections

Perform wiring and electrical connections of control boards and motors.
Handle copper tubing, brazing, and refrigerant piping.
Ensure proper gas filling (R-32, R-410A, etc.) and leakage checks.

3. Quality Checking & Testing

Conduct pressure, vacuum, and cooling performance tests.
Ensure units meet energy efficiency, safety, and noise reduction standards.
Troubleshoot any assembly or performance issues.

4. Compliance & Safety Measures

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for AC manufacturing.
Adhere to ISO, BIS, and industry safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
