We are looking for a hardworking and reliable AC Work Helper to assist technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, willing to learn, and able to handle tools and equipment properly.

As an AC Work Helper, you will be responsible for supporting AC technicians in carrying, fixing, and servicing air conditioning units at residential, commercial, and industrial locations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assisting AC Technicians:

  • Help in installing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning units.
  • Carry tools, spare parts, and equipment to the work site.
  • Support technicians in fixing pipelines, ducts, and electrical connections.

✅ Basic Maintenance & Cleaning:

  • Clean air filters, condenser units, and ventilation systems.
  • Check leakages and minor faults under supervision.
  • Assist in testing and troubleshooting AC performance issues.

✅ Handling Tools & Safety Measures:

  • Use basic hand tools like screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills.
  • Follow safety protocols while working with electrical and cooling systems.
  • Wear protective gear and ensure a safe work environment.

✅ Worksite Assistance & Coordination:

  • Load and unload AC units and accessories.
  • Help in setting up ladders, scaffolding, and other worksite preparations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace after job completion.
