Academic Associate in Production & Operations Management & QT Area job recruitment in Institute of Rural Management Anand

Job responsibilities: Academic Associate (AA) will work with faculty members and assist them in undertaking: Preparation of course materials. Evaluation . Guidance for individual & group assignments, Research projects, Training.

Required qualifications: A post graduate degree/diploma in Industrial Production/Operations Research/ Management with a minimum of 55% or equivalent and with two years’ experience either in academics or industry is qualified to apply.

Preference will be given to those who can assist courses Production & Operations Management, Operations Research.

Remuneration: The selected candidate shall be placed in the Pay Range of Rs.29200-92300 with a gross salary in the range of Rs.30,000/- to Rs.40,000/-per month (plus Provident Fund) depending on merit, experience, and qualification.

Duration: The appointment will be made on contractual basis, initially for a period of two years and extendable for two more years with a probation period of one year.

Age: Candidates should be preferably below 35 years of age.

Selection process: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed at IRMA, Anand. They will be paid 3 tier AC train fare for attending the interview. Selected candidate
