Job Description
Job Designation : Academic Consultant
Eligibility & Qualification:
- Fresher’s – 2019 passed out only and education MBA, BCOM, BBM is preferable.
- With 6 months and above experience (2018 and below years of passed out) Any graduate will do.
- Educational industries background candidates will have added advantage.
- Good Communication skills: Tamil candidates get more preference (20% Candidates with Kannada & Telugu allowed)
- Laptop (INR 800 as reimbursement) + Two-wheeler (Petrol Allowance given) are mandatory
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions
- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Toppr Subscription as solution
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
- Learn/ Upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
Compensation :
- Fixed CTC: 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives upto 1 Lakh per Month + Travel Reimbursement + Mobile Allowance.
- CTC can go up to 7 LPA for the Right candidate.
- Annual Bonus: 20% of Fixed CTC Allowances and Reimbursements
