About the role!

 Academic Counsellors who have the zeal to interact with students & parents. We interact and get them to know the features of our platform and solutions which will change the way of learning and for improved performances. You will start your journey at My Abhyas as an individual contributor working in a team to introduce and showcase the unique way in which My Abhyas help students learn better.

 Job Profile:- 

·         Interact with student and parents to understand their present Learning process and share our solutions to improve education through Online/ Video Demo Sessions.

·         Present 360-degree Immersive learning concepts for effective learning skills and impart effective learning methods.

·         Understand their present channels of education (Online/School) and create need to subscribe to My Abhyas solutions.

·         Pre-Sales analysis & Post-Sales support and help address queries and resolution.

·         Handling incoming and outgoing calls.

·         Reporting and regular follow-ups with the leads.

·         Submit daily activity report to immediate superior. 

Who are we looking for?

 ·         Require sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavioural pattern.

·         Possess Good knowledge of Class 3 to 12 subjects as per existing Curriculum.

·         Keen Learner & upgrade product knowledge from time to time for better Sales.

·         Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets.

·         Good communication skills in English and South regional languages.

·         Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage.

·         Your key role will be to connect with students and parents to our learning app and how it will help students learn not just for exams, but way beyond.
