Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
Include:
- Contacting students to inform them about a courses or services
- Answering questions about courses or the company
- Asking questions to understand student requirements and close sales
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Education/Academic Counselor (If you are a Fresher, we expect you to have technical and communicative skills
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about the courses and services and describe/explain them to prospects/students
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
