Job Description

As an Academic Mentor at Vedantu, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring students achieve optimal learning outcomes. This position combines educational expertise with to assess student progress, implement interventions, and analyze data to enhance overall learning effectiveness.

Reporting to the Academic Manager, you will work closely with students and educators to foster an environment conducive to academic success. You need to have passion, ability & a proactive approach to make a difference.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing bespoke support plans for individual pupils and small groups, helping pupils to grow in confidence and ability, and, ultimately, helping each child to reach their full potential.
