Job Description
Develop and implement an UAM & IAM program with policies and procedures.
Manage user access to systems, applications, and data.
Monitor compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
Perform risk assessments and audits.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Train users on policies and procedures.
Stay up to date on evolving threats, technologies, and solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure secure access to systems and data.
Document processes and procedures.Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Day to day ID management activity for multiple applications
Handling everyday escalation and monitor timely request closure
Responsible for ensuring the schedule, and details of a given task are well organized
Task monitoring and publish consolidated dashboard of the project activity
Aligning and coordinating with multiple stakeholder including Business, Application team, Project team
Aligning with support team and application owner to resolve issues
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
