Job Description
Job Title: Account and Production Planning Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions and accounting entries
- Handle GST filings, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable, and oversee bank reconciliation
- Process payroll, ESI/PF, and generate monthly financial reports
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and tax compliance
Production Planning Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan daily production schedules based on order volume
- Track raw material availability and consumption
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchase and stores
- Ensure timely job order execution and dispatch readiness
- Maintain production records, job cards, and daily reporting
- Liaise with the production team to maintain workflow efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and/or production support
- Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and production tracking tools
- Understanding of GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and basic manufacturing operations
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
- Strong coordination skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized
