Job Description
- Audit & Approve Cost
Cards for all Diamonds and Diamond Products as per received document.
- Create Sales orders in Navision (ERP).
- Prepare a memo consignment sales report in excel and post in
Navision.
- Email Invoice copies to the respective customer as Instructed.
- Maintain records for all Invoices Posted in system.
- Prepare a memo consignment sales report in excel and post in
Navision.
- Email Invoice copies to the respective customer as Instructed.
- Maintain records for all Invoices Posted in system.
- Prepare Memo Stock Reconciliation report for listed customers every
month.
- Raise a query for dispute or discrepancy in on hand stock compared
to customer data.
- Post memo sales and returns for loose diamonds in Navision.
- Prepare daily reports and revert to NY in timely manner.
- Respond to all Emails in a timely manner.
