Job Description
- Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets in Tally.
- Handling Bank operations
- Ensuring all payments (Including Govt. Taxes / Challan) & records are accurate.
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
- Making Export Documents and Maintaining them in MS Word.
- Maintaining accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
- Maintaining accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backup
- To report to Accounts Manager.
