Job Description
- Key skills: B.COM GRADUATE & COMPUTER LITERATE WITH 2-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE & HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF ESIC/ PF / PT / ST .& TALLY 9 ERP
- Prepare and verify daily Bank reports.
- Prepare daily journal entries.
- Working with spread sheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
- Preparing statutory accounts
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
- Manage petty cash transaction
- Controlling credit and chasing debit
- Outstanding preparation on weekly basis for customers
- GST working, GST Payments, Salaries working.
- Daily Bank reconciliation.
- Handling Audit Programme, Monthly Tax payment (PF,ESIC,PT)
