- Handing all cash transaction and maintain petty cash book.
- Prepare all cash, bank and Journal vouchers.( Salary, PF, ESI, TDS, Petrol Reimbursement , Diesel/ Petrol ,Donations, advance payment , Monthly Payments)
- All voucher enter in Tally.( .( Salary, PF, ESI, TDS, Petrol Reimbursement , Diesel/ Petrol ,Donations, advance payment , Monthly Payments ,Hospital and office maintenance)
- All Donation receipts cash / Bank enter in Tally.
- Monthly Statement of Utilization of Ambulance.
- All donation cash deposit in bank and cash withdrawn.
- Preparing Vouchers for all payment by cheques & preparing cheques.
- Preparation of bank statement of monthly account reconciliation.
- Calculation of Travel bill of Staff and making Detail Sheet of TA
- Calculation of Monthly bills of AACT.
- Repairing and maintenance and insurance related work of all Ambulance
- Making Donation report of every Month ( FCRA and INR)
- Making Expenditure report of every Month.
- Calculation of TDS, prepare challan and on Monthly Payment and deposit into income tax department
- Quarterly TDS return
- Quarterly CID reports submit the report at CID office.
- Other.

every day and involving thousands of Udaipur residents in the process of rescuing street animals every
year. Our hospital and sanctuary (located in Badi, 10km from Udaipur) house a total of more than 600
animals (dogs, cows, donkeys, cats and other animals).
