Job Description

Hello,
We have an urgent requirements of Account Assistant profile to perform daily accounting tasks. Account Assistant responsibilities include managing Payables and reimbursements, entering financial transactions, creating invoices, and collection. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Location - Ahmedabad
Min. exp. - 1+ years into accounting
Salary - up to 22,000 pm

Skills required: GST data preparation, TDS Preparation, Tally ERP, Sales-Purchase entry, Day to Day bank reconciliation, etc.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Billing & Invoicing
Payables Management
Bank Reconciliation
Petty Cash Management
Debit Note/Credit Note
Import/Export Documentation
Customer Correspondence
Banking Correspondence
Foreign Remittance & Interest Calculation
Accounts Finalization
