We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Account Assistant (Finance Fresher) to join our finance team. As a fresher, you will work under the guidance of senior finance professionals and gain hands-on experience in the finance and accounting operations of the company. You will be involved in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and assisting in various finance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Support:
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records.
- Help in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and payment processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
- Support in accounts payable & receivable tracking.
Taxation & Compliance:
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax calculations & filings.
- Help in preparing statutory reports and audit documentation.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Payroll & Expense Management:
- Support payroll processing, including salary calculations and deductions.
- Maintain records of petty cash transactions and expense reimbursements.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control measures.
Software & Documentation:
- Work with Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or SAP for financial data entry.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
- Generate financial reports for senior accountants and management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA - Finance, CA Inter, or equivalent).
- Freshers are welcome; internship experience in accounting is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, or any accounting software.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and financial principles (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
