*Pay bills, process invoices, and manage accounts payable and receivable
*Admin Work
*Communicate with clients and suppliers: Interact with clients, vendors

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and reports

Process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining records

Ensure accuracy of financial documents and their compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Assist with payroll processes, including data entry and reconciliations

Perform bank reconciliations and assist in closing monthly accounts

Support the preparation of financial audits and their corresponding documentation

Maintain organized files of all accounting records and financial documents
